Team & Roles
Invite teammates, manage roles and permissions, and control billing access.
Your whole team can work from one Noise brand account. Manage who has access on the Members page (under Settings).
Inviting teammates
From the Members page, invite teammates by email and pick their role. Invitations show as pending until they are accepted; you can renew an invitation that expired or revoke one that should not have been sent. Invited teammates sign up with the invited email and land directly in your brand account.
Roles
- Owner: full control of the brand account, including campaigns, playbooks, creators, billing, workspace settings, and team management.
- Member: more limited access for teammates who do not need to control campaigns or billing.
The teammate who created the account is the primary owner. Only they can transfer ownership of the account to someone else.
Need something in between, like an analyst who can view reporting but not touch campaigns, or a teammate with viral discovery access? Individual permissions can be tailored per person: contact us and we will set it up.
Changing roles and removing members
Owners manage the team from the Members page: change a teammate's role or remove them from the account. You can only manage teammates at a lower role level than your own, and removing someone revokes their access immediately (it does not affect anything they created, like campaigns or playbooks).
Billing permissions
Billing is owner-only: members cannot see or change payment methods, invoices, or billing settings. If a teammate needs billing access, make them an owner.
A note on API keys and AI clients
Your Reporting API key is shared by the brand (one key per organization), and any teammate can connect their own AI client. Removing a teammate from the account does not rotate the API key or disconnect AI clients they linked: if someone with API access leaves your team, rotate the key and remove their AI clients from the Integrations page (each client shows who connected it).
