Getting Started

Set up your brand on Noise: billing, playbooks, campaign images, and your first campaign.

Noise connects your brand with creators who post about your products on TikTok and Instagram. You set the budget and the content direction; creators make and publish the posts; you pay for the views they earn.

Getting your brand live takes four steps. Your dashboard home shows this same checklist until everything is set up.

1. Add billing information

Head to Billing in the sidebar and add a payment method. Noise bills as you go: charges accrue from the views your campaigns earn, so adding a card does not start any spending on its own. Nothing is charged until your campaign is live and creators are earning views.

If you have questions about invoicing or billing cadence, reach out through the Contact page and we will set things up to match how your team pays.

2. Activate your first playbook

A playbook is the brief creators work from: the content format, talking points, captions, and assets for your brand. If you built a playbook during signup, you will find it as a draft under Campaigns β†’ Playbooks. Review it, make any edits, and activate it.

Starting fresh? Follow one of the step-by-step guides:

3. Upload campaign images

Creators see your brand inside the Noise app, so it needs a face. From Settings, upload:

  • Team logo: your brand mark, shown wherever your brand appears in the creator app
  • Campaign cover image: the image that represents your campaign in the app

Both are required before your campaign can go live. While you are there, you can also set your brand's primary color, which is used in the creator app.

4. Launch your first campaign

A campaign is what creators actually join: it carries the budget, the payout rate, and the playbooks creators can post from. Open Campaigns, review your campaign's budget and settings, and activate it. Once active, creators can discover it in the Noise app and start posting.
